If you are currently attempting to login under a KDSTV.com account of which you do not own, you must logout and notify the owner of this account immediately.

-          You are forbidden from sharing your user name and password to anyone.

-          You must ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.

-          Text, Images, Audio, Video, or other content on KDSTV.com can not be copied and/or distributed for any reasons.  All previously mentioned content is property of KDSTV.com and KDS Network and all copyright laws adhere to this content. 

-          Content may be downloaded if and only if access has been granted (indicated by a download link.)  Authorized downloads can only be downloaded to the account holders computer.  All authorized downloaded content is still property of KDSTV.com and KDS Network and all copyright laws adhere.  Authorized downloaded content can only be distributed with written consent of KDSTV.com or KDS Network.

-          KDS Network cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Terms of Service.

-          KDS Network reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Service at any time without notification to the user.  The most recent version of the Terms of Service can be found at /terms

-          KDSTV.com reserves the right to log any IP (internet protocol) addresses of any computer used to access KDSTV.com.

-          Failure to comply with the above stated Terms of Service will result it banishment of your account and/or banishment of the account of emergency response department of which you are a member.
